Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.



Shipping Methods & Rates


  • We offer Economy/Standard and Express shipping through USPS.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
  • Shipping labels are purchased through Shopify.
  • Free shipping is available for orders $25+ only if the applicable shipping rate is under $10.

  • We currently ship within the United States.



Tracking Information


  • You will receive a USPS tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.



Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages


  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us first before reaching out to USPS.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages


  • If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Please note that all point-of-sale (POS) payments are collected at the time your order is shipped, not at the time the order is placed. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to process the payment once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
